Welcome to The HDF School of Management
The Human Development Foundation
(HDF)
established the HDF School of Management (HDFSOM)
in 2008. Subsequently the Centre for Environment
and Development
(CED),
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala joined hands to
provide high quality management education
embedded with moral values. The School also
undertakes research, consultancy, training and
outreach programs in Odisha and outside. The
School derives its competence from its highly
qualified and experienced faculty, linkages and
experience and expertise of the researchers,
academicians and development specialists of its
promoting organizations - CED and HDF.
The School runs AICTE approved two year Post
Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with newly
introduced unique specializations like IT &
Geo-informatics, in addition to the
specializations such as Accounts and Finance,
Human Resources Management, Marketing
Management, Operations Management, etc. It also
runs AICTE approved one year Post Graduate
Certificate in Management (PGCM) with
specialization in Microfinance Management,
Livelihood Management, Health Management, Retail
Management and Financial Services Management.
Both the programs are full time and residential
in nature. Master in Social Works (MSW) and
Executive PGDM are going to be other flagship
programs of HDFSOM from this academic year.
